1. Cancellation Policy:
Before Service Commencement:
1. 80% of booking amount will be refunded if the order cancelled before 72 hours of Packing OR Moving Date.
2. 10% of booking amount will be refunded if the order canceled before 24 hours of Packing OR Moving Date.
After Service Commencement:
Once the moving service has commenced, no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
2. Delays:
If there is a significant delay in the commencement of the service (more than 4 hours from the agreed time), customers are entitled to a not be eligible for a refund of the total service charge.
For delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or governmental actions, no refunds will be issued.
3. Damage or Loss:
During Packing and Moving:
If any item is damaged or lost during the move due to our team's negligence, a claim must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
Upon verification, Star Way Packers And Movers will reimburse the cost of the item(s) or provide a partial/full refund of the service charge, depending on the extent of the damage or loss.
Insurance:
For high-value items, customers are advised to purchase additional insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to [1500-/ amount] per item unless additional insurance has been purchased.
4. Unsatisfactory Service:
If the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify Star Way Packers And Movers within 48 hours of the service completion.
After reviewing the complaint, we may offer a partial refund or a discount on future services if the complaint is found to be valid.
5. Refund Process:
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team at 829-601-5004 with their booking details and a description of the issue.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
6. Exclusions:
No refunds will be issued for items that were already damaged or broken before the move, as documented by our team.
No refunds will be issued for delays or issues caused by the customer’s actions or failure to comply with our terms and conditions.
